Easter Cake Cupcake Pops

These are Cupcake Cake Pops that were inspired from a blog called Bakerella. I have been making Cake Balls/Cake Truffles for a few years now, and was thrilled to come across a more creative way to present these. The flavor on these particular pops were chocolate with buttercream frosting covered in milk and white chocolate. These were an Easter treat.

Cassata Cake

This is a Cassata Cake, which is a fluffy yellow cake with Vanilla Pasty Cream & Fresh Strawberries in a glaze for the filling. This particular cake was iced in a whipped frosting, crusted with graham cracker crumbs, and topped with fresh glazed strawberries. Delicious!

Lemon Raspberry Cupcakes

These are Lemon Cupcakes with a Raspberry Buttercream frosting and dollop of Raspberry Jam. Makes me think of spring time which isn't coming soon enough!

In addition to my Cakes, Cupcakes, & Decorated Sugar Cookies....I'm working on a huge assortment of drop cookies to offer. Also, thinking of perhaps making homemade cinnamon buns available for pick up one day per week. All this depends on time! As always, email with questions or inquiries!!

Cookies from Christmas

I'm working on the blog design and had a minute to post some pictures from a batch of Christmas cookies that were for a grade school Christmas party. Mittens, Trees, Snowmen, & Snowflakes were in this particular batch. All cookies were large, soft, sugar cookies with a royal type icing.

Happy 2009!

It's a new year and it looks like it should he an exciting one! I have been just terrible about posting, but hope to be much better about it.
I am working on a new blog format so I can give it the creative feel I would like.
Hopefully, everyone will enjoy....and I am always open for comments.

Just a reminder, I operate under the Cottage Food Laws in the State of Ohio. I have had a few requests, recently, about shipping items out of state. As much as I appreciate these requests, I have to regretfully decline, as of now, as I can only sell within the State of Ohio.

Hope everyone is having a fantastic start to the New Year. Keep checking in as I hope to have my new format up sometime soon. In the mean time.....remember, life is too short to not have a piece of cake! Enjoy!!
