This is a Cassata Cake, which is a fluffy yellow cake with Vanilla Pasty Cream & Fresh Strawberries in a glaze for the filling. This particular cake was iced in a whipped frosting, crusted with graham cracker crumbs, and topped with fresh glazed strawberries. Delicious!
