This was a cake for a baby girls baptism. The cake was "Chocolate Covered Strawberry" which consisted of chocolate cake layered with strawberry preserves and Italian meringue buttercream. The exterior was iced in Italian meringue buttercream. The cross and flowers were made from sugar paste.
