Oreo Cream Cupcakes

Oreo Cream Cupcakes!! These are a fluffy yellow cupcake with Oreo cookies mixed into the batter. The frosting is buttercream with Oreo Cookies mixed in. To finish it off, there is an Oreo adorning the tops.

Baby Shower Cake

This creation was a sports themed baby shower cake. Flavor was Red Velvet with Cream Cheese Buttercream filling and icing. The decorations were all edible gumpaste.

1st Birthday Cakes

This was a first birthday cake for twin girls!! Flavor was chocolate cake with chocolate fudge filling and buttercream icing. The number 1 was constructed with gumpaste and the image was edible. Two 2 tier smash cakes were provided with fondant candles.

Engagement Cake

I am finally back to blogging after a long break to be pregnant and have a baby!! I'm finding little pockets of time to keep up with things, so here we go!!!

This was an engagement cake that was made for my brother and his fiance for their engagement party. The flavor was vanilla cake with lemon, raspberry, and whipped buttercream filling. The design was constructed with fondant with a gum paste engagement ring and flowers. To top it off was raspberry mouse piped inside a chocolate cup. Everything on the cake was edible.
